How safeguarding works ↗RWM’s proposed governance combines parent and carer stewardship with a youth advisory council. Young people should shape the activities, language and decisions that affect them. Funding relationships and conflicts must be disclosed.
Safeguarding responsibility belongs with a designated, trained human lead and a reviewed operational procedure. These roles must be appointed and published before live support launches.
